Redesign of the Art Bank official website
Boosting Art Bank’s rental engagement by 13.8% and building a creative, trustworthy brand identity.

Art Bank
The “Art Bank” is an important policy of the Ministry of Culture, aiming to promote art creation and exhibitions, acquire works of contemporary artists, and provide artwork rental services, creating a diverse environment for art appreciation and allowing art to enter into daily life.
Why redesign the website?
The original website of the Art Bank was built using a template-based structure. This project began with an in-depth understanding of stakeholder needs and, through user interviews, progressively refined the project goals. The final objectives were defined as enhancing interactivity, establishing a clear brand identity, reorganizing the information architecture, and developing an online process for artwork leasing.
